From the highlands of Sidama, Ethiopia, this naturally processed coffee is full of character. Grown by smallholder farmers in the village of Durato Bombe, the coffee cherries are carefully dried whole, allowing their natural fruitiness and sweetness to develop. The result is a vibrant, juicy cup with bright fruit flavors, a lovely sweetness, and just enough complexity to keep things interesting. A beautiful example of what makes Ethiopian coffees so special.
